Q. When will my order ship?
A. Our current shipping times are 3 to 5 business days as all items are RTS (ready to ship). Please note that is when we will ship an item, not the time frame an order will arrive from USPS.
Q. What if my tracking doesn't update?
A. If your tracking doesn't update within 21 business days and you provide a claim number, we will send you out a new order.
Q. Can I combine orders?
A. We do not combine orders due to our high volume of orders. If you place separate orders, they will be shipped individually.
Q. What if there is an error with my order?
A. Please email us at theshegarage@yahoo.com and I will fix the error.
Q. What's your cancellation policy?
A. You have 24 hours after an order has been placed to cancel your order. Once 24 hours has passed, we are not able to cancel your order as we have begun to process your order. During a sale we do not cancel or refund any orders.
Q. Are the colors exactly as pictured?
A. Please note that colors may vary slightly different then what's pictured.
Q. My order shows delivered but I don't have it. What do I do?
A. You will need to contact your local USPS. We do not have any other information then what you see on your tracking.
Q. What is your "warranty" on your vinyl?
A. If something has happened to the vinyl on your cup, we will replace as long as the order has been placed in the last two months. We rarely run into issues with our vinyl however.
Q. What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't show up?
A. If you have tracking on your order, we will do everything we can to help locate your order or replace your order.
